Yes! NestWorks integrates directly with Florida's Step Up ESA program. Look for providers with the "Step Up Accepted" badge. Payments are automatically processed through your ESA account and invoices are submitted to the EMA portal.
1. Find a provider and service you like
2. Click "Book Session" and select your preferred date/time
3. Choose payment method (Step Up ESA or other)
4. Confirm and wait for provider approval
5. Receive confirmation email with session details
You can cancel sessions up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in partial charges. Provider-specific policies may vary and will be shown before booking.
Go to Settings → My Children → Add Child. Enter their name, age, and grade level. You can create student accounts for children to access their own schedules and materials.

All providers undergo background checks and credential verification as required by Florida law. You'll need to provide teaching credentials, professional certifications, and complete a background check. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
Payments are processed bi-weekly via direct deposit. For Step Up ESA bookings, payment is released after session completion and EMA approval. You can track all earnings in your Earnings dashboard.
NestWorks charges a 10% platform fee on all transactions. This covers payment processing, platform maintenance, customer support, and ESA integration services. There are no monthly subscription fees.
Yes! You have complete control over your availability, services offered, and pricing. Set your regular weekly schedule and make adjustments for specific dates as needed.

Log in and go to Profile → Edit Profile. You can update your name, email, phone, bio, and other information. Some changes (like credentials for providers) may require re-verification.
